The Journey

1970s'

RSPEA during the course of its journey has been led and nurtured by luminaries who worked with great passion to give shape to the Association

1980s'

RSPEA has always been the backbone of SEFI.

1990s'

Incidentally, Shri Suresh Chandra Gupta, the first president of RSPEA was the founder chairman of SEFI.

2000s'

Shri Brahma Mishra and Shri Bharat Bhusan Mishra had been the major office bearers of SEFI.

2010s'

Late Shri Deepak Mishra and Shri Nirod Kumar Samantaray had been the major office bearers of SEFI.

2020s'

Shri Bimal Kumar Bisi and Shri Abakash Mallick had been the major office bearers of SEFI.

The Association

  • Rourkela steel plant Executives Association (RSPEA) was formed in the year 1973-1974 with the prime objective of promoting the welfare of the executive Fraternity of Rourkela steel plant, a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). It is affiliated to the steel Executives Federation of India (SEFI).
  • RSPEA plays a pivotal role in the protection of the interests of the Executive Fraternity and ensures that the Executives progress with their self dignity and head held high, along with all round growth of the Rourkela Steel Plant.
